Mrs. Randie Ervin serves as the Office Manager at Just for Kidz Therapy, supporting families through the intake, scheduling, and billing process. With a background in corporate operations, she brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the administrative side of the practice runs smoothly.

Randie works part-time alongside Jenny to support families behind the scenes and help create a clear, efficient experience from the first point of contact. In addition to her role at Just for Kidz Therapy, she is a real estate investor and the owner of RME Notary Services, a mobile notary business. Randie is Jenny’s sister-in-law, a mother of two, and a proud grandmother. She lives in Coral Springs with her family and enjoys traveling, attending sporting and concert events, and spending time with family and friends.
